On a regular basis this group of powerful, professional catering and event experts get together to discuss industry trends, pricing and information. Each host provides lunch in a beautiful setting with great service and a delicious meal. The last event was (pictured here) at City Club in the Wine Room. We were able to taste a red wine and a white wine with our meal. We all ordered off of our Dining Room menu and discussed tasting policies, the recession and the renovation of other facilities that will result in a shift of business to other facilities. Our next event will be at Whiskey & Rye in November.
